Our new record “Escape From Alpha Draconis” drops in 2 weeks. This time around it’s more dance, more pop and we feel some of our best work yet. Here’s a peek! Can’t wait for everyone to hear what we’ve been up to. Come back and visit us and we’ll have it up for free stream and full download!

Thanks to everyone who came out and saw us on our little tour. We had an amazing time. Here’s a pic of us playing at the Soapbox in Wilmington- a really great night thanks to some incredible people down there.

We’re very excited that our video “Disco Heart” has been selected to screen at the Cucalorus Film Festival in Wilmington, NC!  Cucalorus has been become one of the most respected film festivals in the US and we’re honored to be there with our director Joel Fernando.  We’ve also been asked to play the festival’s opening night celebration Thursday, Nov 8th at The Soapbox.

On the way back to NYC, we’ll be playing at the new art space The Apothecary in Asheville, NC (w/ local band Date Night) Friday, Nov 9th, and then the awesome Velvet Lounge in Washington, DC (w/ locals The Grey Area and Technicians) on Saturday, Nov 10th.  Hope to see you guys out at the shows!

Excited that we’ve almost finished our new video for the song “Night Business”.  We expect to have something out for you in mid-October.  For this single we’ve written a theme song for Ben Marra‘s incredible comic book of the same name.  Ben is an incredible artist who has been featured in Spin, GQ, Playboy and more.  He’s also done album covers for Madlib and Lil B recently.  Our new vid will be an animated job (done by Mike!) based on drawings from Ben.  So far its looking amazing. Can’t wait to share.

In the meantime,  you should read the comic (Night Business) that inspired the song.  Amazing work.
